Elevating Partnerships on the Slopes

We are headed to Steamboat Springs for three days of skiing, relaxtion, and connection. The resort is easily accessible via Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN), located just 30 minutes from town.

Please book your own airfare to and from HDN. Once you touch down, all transportation, lodging, and logistics are fully managed by our team.

Arrival

  • Please aim to arrive in the afternoon to allow ample time for check-in and preparation to attend our fabulous welcome dinner.

Departure

  • Shuttles will be running from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Thursday, March 26

Arrival & Welcome Dinner

AFTERNOON: Guests arrive at HDN Airport. Private shuttles will transport you to the lodging.

11:45 AM: For guests arriving early, please meet at 1525 Eagle Glen Dr to drop bags and collect your gondola ticket

12:15 PM: Take a beautiful scenic gondola ride to the top of the mountain.

12:30 PM: Lunch at Hazies as folks trickle in.

4:00 PM: House check-in.

4:00 - 5:30 PM: Settle in and gussy up for dinner

5:30 - 7:00 PM: Welcome happy hour in main house (2600 Bronc Buster Loop)

7:00 PM: Transportation to downtown.

7:30 PM: Welcome Reception at Harwigs - Join us for a curated tasting menu and wine pairing led by the house sommelier

Friday, March 27

The Steamboat Activity Experience

8:45 AM: Breakfast served in main house (2600 Bronc Buster Loop)

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Gear up, light breakfast, and coffee.

10:00 - 1:00 PM: Morning activity (details to follow).

1:30 - 2:00 PM: Lunch served in main house (2600 Bronc Buster Loop)

2:00 - 2:45 PM: Downtime / Prep for hot springs

2:45 PM: Convene at main house (2600 Bronc Buster Loop)

3:00 PM: Shuttle departs for Strawberry Hot Springs

5:15 PM: Return shuttle departs back to Main House

5:45 - 7:00 PM: Back at the houses, Apres, relax, and prepare for dinner

7:00 PM: Convene at main house (2600 Bronc Buster Loop)

7:15 PM: Drive to dinner (811 Yampa Street, Steamboat)

7:45 PM: Dinner at Aurum

Saturday, March 28

Farewell Breakfast & Departure

  • Once you land at HDN, we will handle transportation for the rest of the trip.

    A private shuttle will transport guests between:

    • the airport and lodging

    • lodging and scheduled activities

    • lodging and departure flights

    You only need to arrange your flights to and from HDN.

  • Guests will stay in one of four private luxury homes located in the same neighborhood in Steamboat Springs.

    Each guest will have their own private bedroom, and the homes feature shared living spaces for gathering. All homes are within easy walking distance of one another so the group can easily gather through the trip.

    Room assignments will be shared upon arrival.

  • Yes. Meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the trip, including:

    • Welcome cocktail hour and dinner on Thursday evening

    • Breakfast and lunch at the houses during the day on Friday

    • Lovely dinner out Friday evening

    • Breakfast on Saturday morning before departures

    Please let us know about any dietary restrictions ahead of time.

  • Yes. Guests participating in the Steamboat Powdercats experience will need to complete a liability waiver and assumption of risk form upon arrival.

    We’ll share details and reminders ahead of the trip.
